About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team based in Sunshine West VIC. This role is for someone that likes a fast-paced environment with a passion for delivering the best customer service.
As part of your role, you play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction, which is achieved through building strong relationships with our customers by answering inquiries, promoting our products and services.
You will provide customer service through various channels such as phone calls, counter sales, and emails. This will also include working with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Your Responsibilities
