About the Role
Are you a high-level payroll practitioner who thrives in complex, large‐scale environments? Our client is seeking two experienced Payroll Specialists to join a high‐performing Payroll Governance team. This is a hands‐on role where you will hit the ground running, leveraging your deep technical expertise to ensure compliance and accuracy across a multi‐award workforce.
* Executing end‐to‐end payroll processing for a diverse, multi‐award workforce.
* Running full pay cycles independently, including the management of off‐cycle and ad hoc payments.
* Applying expert knowledge to accurately calculate complex final entitlements and settlement figures, specifically regarding Long Service Leave and terminations, ensuring strict associated regulatory and tax compliance.
* Ensuring rigorous compliance with the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards (NES), and various Enterprise Agreements.
* Navigating SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Payroll) with confidence to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies.
* Supporting critical compliance activities, including STP reporting and month‐end/year‐end reconciliations.
* Liaising with HR and Finance stakeholders to provide expert advice on payroll queries and award interpretation.
About You
To be successful in this high‐impact role, you will bring:
* 5+ years of end‐to‐end payroll processing experience within complex, high‐volume corporate environments.
* Proven, hands‐on proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors (ECP); you must be a confident user of this system from day one.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including a deep understanding of Fair Work, NES, and Awards.
* Specialised experience in calculating and processing Long Service Leave (LSL).
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
