The Job Coach will be responsible for designing and executing tailored employment pathway plans that cater to the unique needs of job seekers. This includes leading the design and execution of these plans, supporting job seekers to develop confidence and build their skills, and ensuring adherence to government contractual requirements within a quality and compliance framework.
As a Job Coach, you will work closely with the team to deliver excellence in employment outcomes. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including job seekers and employers. You will also be responsible for post-placement support to ensure seamless transitions and long-term success.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. A passion for empowering individuals to achieve their goals is essential, along with a solid understanding of employment pathways and the ability to navigate complex contractual requirements.
