What You'll Do:Welcome and room participants, gathering history and addressing concerns.Obtain vitals, administer medications, injections, and vaccines.Assist with wound care, diagnostic testing (EKG, POC), and nebulizer treatments.Support providers with EMR documentation and prescription processing.Ensure equipment is sterilized, supplies are stocked, and clinic operations run smoothly.Provide care in the clinic and, when needed, in participant homes.Collaborate closely with staff, participants, and families using a patient-family centered care approach.What We're Looking For:Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) with 1+ year of experience (2+ preferred).
Previous experience with the elderly, frail, or long-term care population.Strong critical thinking, organizational, and multitasking skills.CPR certification (or willingness to obtain through SCPP).
