An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Technical Officer – Project Management to join our Engineering and Infrastructure Directorate in Clermont.
Reporting to the Coordinator Infrastructure West, this position provides assistance with coordination, integration and delivery of the operational and capital infrastructure programs.
The successful candidate will have:
* Superior interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence managers and employees
* High level written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders to develop working relationships
* The ability to prepare a variety of documentation to support program objectives
* Demonstrated familiarity with civil construction techniques, methodologies and cost estimating
* Knowledge of granular pavement materials
* Experience in project management, contract management or similar role.
For this position we offer:
* Salary between $89,940.83 - $93,135.19 annum (Stream A Level 5 )
* Nominally 72.5 hours per week
* 5 weeks annual leave pro rata @ 17.5% loading
* Up to 13.5% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement
* RDO’s in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement
