What You Will Do:
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide high-level analysis to support project managers in constructing budgets, maintaining financial forecasts, and analysing actual spend against projections to drive better business decisions.
Schedule & Dependency Management: Establish and maintain integrated program schedules, actively managing cross-workstream dependencies and reporting on milestone health and work remaining.
Risk & Issue Management: Support the analysis of emerging risks and issues, ensuring high-quality mitigation plans are developed and maintained in alignment with organisational frameworks.
Procurement & Resource Oversight: Lead purchase order management activities for projects, ensuring adherence to procedures for both external labour and non-labour contracts while mitigating procurement risks.
Stakeholder & Governance Support: Deliver logistical support for project boards and workshops, including the preparation of change impact assessments and maintaining a high standard of record keeping.
This role will suit candidates that have worked on significant sized transformation programmes of work, ideally within Financial Services.
