Applications are sought for the following position: Personal Assistant to the Head of High School – Logan VillageFull Time | Commencing Term 1, 2026 We are seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to support the Head of High School.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the High School administration and provides a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the life of our school community by building positive connections with staff, students and families.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the Head of High School's calendar, diary, and correspondenceCoordinate reporting, timetabling, risk assessments, and school toursOrganise interviews, events, and Celebration NightsProvide administrative support for purchases, budgets, and maintenance requestsBe the first point of contact for staff and parentsBuild strong working relationships with administration staff across the schoolAssist with general administrative tasks as directed by the Head of High School and PA to the Principal About You: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Personal Assistant or similar roleCurrent Working with Children CheckStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)Able to manage competing priorities with confidence and discretionA cooperative and proactive approach, with a strong commitment to teamwork Applications close at 4:00pm on FRIDAY 19 SEPTEMBER 2025.
