* You will be the first point of contact for our distributors, providing them with expert advice and guidance on product availability, pricing, and delivery times.
* You will process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in full.
* You will work closely with our sales, distribution, and production teams to resolve any issues or queries that may arise.
* You will maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of customer needs and preferences.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results. You'll have:
* 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing, retail, trade, or FMCG industry.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce preferred).
