Workshop Leader Opportunity
This is a senior leadership position that involves leading the workshop team, creating a positive workplace environment and coaching and mentoring workshop staff and apprentices.
The successful candidate will work alongside management to ensure key performance indicators are met, while ensuring quality control and compliance.

* Good occupational health and safety understanding

* Effective interpersonal and communication skills
* A current VIC driver's licence (manual)
