Role Overview
Geelong-based Senior Associate level Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years PAE in business succession and estate planning to join the Commercial Law team, working closely with a Principal and Senior Associate, to deliver high quality services to a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate commercial matters, including business and personal succession planning.
- Implement trust and estate planning solutions with a commercial lens.
- Design and deliver effective business structures and asset protection solutions.
- Deliver practical, client-focused legal advice tailored to business needs.
- Thrive in a high-pressure setting with robust communication and organisational skills.
- Advise on business succession and estate planning in a high-performing team and drive client outcomes with commercial insight.
