About the Role:
Dayshelf Fire Systems are seeking a reliable professional for casual, minimum 3 days a week to assist with essential financial tasks for our business.
Are you a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with QuickBooks expertise (preferred but not essential)?
Responsibilities:
• Accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions.
• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Generating statements.
• Assisting with other bookkeeping tasks as needed including BAS/ Quarterly Reporting
Qualifications / Experience:
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper, ideally with a small business.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (or Desktop, if applicable) is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with BAS / Quarterly Reporting is preferred but not essential.
