YOUR ROLE
As the National Mid‑Market Sales Manager, you will lead and grow our Mid‑Market Sales team across Australia and New Zealand. This dual‑role combines hands‑on sales leadership with direct revenue responsibility, driving performance across enterprise and government clients.
What You'll Do
* Inspire a high‑performing team, shape go‑to‑market strategies, and take ownership of your sales territory
* Drive revenue and pipeline growth through effective planning and execution
* Shape and review account plans, ensuring strong deal governance and Salesforce discipline
* Partner with marketing, solutions, and delivery teams to deliver seamless client experiences
* Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and sales excellence
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and execution
* Report performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior leadership

* Demonstrated success in mid‑market sales with proven leadership experience
* Strong track record in cybersecurity or technology sales across enterprise and government sectors
* Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and building high‑performing teams
