We are seeking a Program Leader to lead a team of Disability Support Workers and Team Leaders across our accommodation and support programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of services, managing staff and rosters, and working closely with clients, families, and professionals to ensure quality outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in the disability sector who thrives in an energetic and people-focused environment.

• Certificate IV in Disability is required, with a Diploma preferred
• Experience leading teams in disability support, ideally within accommodation programs
• Strong skills in communication, decision making, and organisation
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, cloud-based systems, and rostering platforms
• Knowledge of NDIS, behaviour support, and relevant legislation
