WARCA Education Officer Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced facilitator to join our team in a permanent role (0.6FTE – 1.0FTE) to support the WA Recovery College Alliance (WARCA) in creating positive change and hope for people with mental health issues.
The WARCA Recovery College provides a range of courses promoting mental health and wellbeing through sharing lived expertise and professional knowledge.
This exciting opportunity is for someone who will co-facilitate and develop the Educator Foundation Program, provide support to educators, and contribute to quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-facilitate and develop the Educator Foundation Program
* Provide support to educators to co-develop and co-facilitate courses
* Support with planning, curation, and preparation of courses
* Contributing to the development and refinement of the WARCA Integrity Framework and relevant policies
* Contribute to quality assurance processes to ensure a high standard of course content and alignment with the College's Integrity Framework
Candidates should have a degree level qualification in education or relevant professional experience, Australian Working Rights, and be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Card.
