Job Title: Business Administrator: Rostering
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team in a vibrant regional care home. As the heart of our operation, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks to support the well-being of our residents and staff.
The ideal candidate will have patience, great communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work alongside experienced professionals to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Service: Administer employee schedules, payroll, training, compliance, human resources, recruitment activities, and manage annual and sick leave.
* Resident Placement: Provide prospective residents with a warm introduction to the Care Home by handling enquiries and coordinating admissions.
* Customer Experience: Lead the customer experience function of the Care Home, ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
* Patient and calm demeanor
* Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
* Intermediate to advanced skills across Microsoft Office Suite
* Previous experience in administration/customer service roles, preferably in a similar setting
