Your Background & Skill Set
* Proven Experience: 3+ years in an agency or in‐house SEO role.
* No "It Depends" Mentality: You don't hide behind broad hypotheticals. You know how to ask the right questions to provide recommendations based on potential impact and available resources.
* AI‐Native: You use generative AI in your day‐to‐day workflow already. You've tested it, automated tasks with it, and are "mildly obsessed" with how it's changing search.
* The Communicator: You can explain a complex technical audit to a CMO via a Loom video or in person without losing them. You are proactive, deadline‐conscious, and love creating processes.
* Technical Literacy: Identifying broken links, schema issues, redirect chains, or indexation bloat is a breeze for you. You can roll up your sleeves, but you also know how to lead a room.
The Role: End‐to‐End Ownership
There are no "Account Managers" here. You are the expert and the primary point of contact for your clients.
* 50% Execution: Technical audits, keyword analysis, and deploying GEO/AI search strategies.
* 25% Client Strategy: Directly consulting with tier‐one clients and reporting on wins.
* 15% R&D: Testing new strategies on company‐owned affiliate assets and building custom SEO tools.
* 10% Evolution: Attending masterminds and training the junior team.
* Salary: $80-90K Base (DOE) + a healthy bonus structure.
* World‐Class Training: A six‐figure annual budget for team training.
* Global Travel: We fly the team to major conferences (e.g., Chiang Mai SEO, SEO Con Bali).
