The Housing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential facilities. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to management, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and ordering supplies.
You will work closely with customers, visitors, and employees to provide exceptional service and maintain a professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.
1. Administrative Support: Assist management with various administrative tasks, including distributing mail, ordering supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
2. Clerical Duties: Perform clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including filing, data entry, record review, and maintenance.
3. Customer Service: Greet customers, clients, and employees, answer inquiries, and direct calls where necessary.
4. Office Maintenance: Maintain office memos and informative postings, as well as operate technology systems, such as voicemail, copy machines, personal computers, and Microsoft Office.
In addition to these responsibilities, you may also be required to perform other tasks, including cleaning employee common areas, maintaining the fitness center, facilitating on-site recreation events, and conducting monthly health and safety inspections.
