About the role

This position supports the health and wellbeing of the Inner West Council community through providing professional customer service and assistance to all users and members across the Council's aquatic centre in a high volume customer environment.

Remuneration

$38.77 per hour inclusive of 25% loading + Superannuation

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications

* Previous experience in Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent industry
* Experience in a fast–paced high volume customer service environment
* A demonstrated high level of interpersonal and customer service skills
* Flexible outlook and ability to resolve problems
* Organisational and administrative skills
