Childcare Workers wanted:
Two Locations:
* Dalkeith Early Learning Centre (58 Dalkeith Road, Nedlands WA 6009)
and
* Karrinyup Early Learning Centre (24 Blackdown Way, Karrinyup WA 6018)
Responsibilities:
· Develop, and implement age-appropriate programs for the children in care.
· Develop, implement and evaluate daily care routines.
· Prepare materials and equipment to support children's learning and development
· Maintain up to date and accurate records of individual children's progress and observations.
· Provide experiences to support children's play and learning
· Ensure compliance with establishment guidelines and OH&S policies to guarantee a safe environment for the children in care.
· Support and supervise the daily routines of children and ensure the inclusion of all children
· be responsible for ensuring a safe environment is maintained for both staff and children.
· Maintain ongoing communication with children's parents and caregivers.
· Ensure that the centre or service's policies and procedures are adhered to
Skills and Experience:
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in early Childcare and education service
· Hold relevant qualification
· Have full time working availability
· Have the right to work in Australia
Job Types: Childcare Worker - Full-time, Permanent Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 p/a gross.
Successful applicants will also have to apply for a Working with Children Check Card and a Current First Aid qualification, if they don't have these already.

Group Leader Job Description:
* provide education and care for babies, toddlers and children
* lead the preparation of materials and equipment to support children's learning and development
* provide experiences to support children's play and learning
* develop positive and respectful relationships with children
* ensure the health and safety of children
* support and supervise the daily routines of children
* support the inclusion of all children
* support children to develop cooperative behaviour
* be responsible for ensuring a safe environment is maintained for both staff and children.
* be responsible for ensuring that records are maintained accurately for each child in their care.
* develop, implement and evaluate daily care routines.
* ensure that the centre or service's policies and procedures are adhered to
* be responsible, in consultation with the Assistant Director/Director for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of a developmentally appropriate program for individual children or groups.
* liaise with families.
Group Leader - The successful candidate will:
* have a recognised Diploma (or higher) qualification;
* have a minimum of two years full time (or part time equivalent) employment experience as a Child Care Group Leader in a regulated early childhood education and care service;
* be available to work fulltime;
* want a career in childcare;
* have reliable transportation; and
* have the right to work in Australia..
