Offer description

Who is EMM?
We are a diverse group of technical experts, dedicated to delivering solutions that drive positive environmental, economic, and social impact while creating long-term value for our clients. As an international team of 300+, we work across 9 locations to deliver projects that span diverse sectors including mining, major infrastructure and renewables.

What makes EMM?
Whether you bounce, roll or fall out of bed, we want you to get joy out of your work. We want to help you create your own path so you can bring your best self to every day. A place where you can belong, and connect, and thrive.

At EMM, creating opportunities is our company purpose. Translating our purpose into day-to-day experience and career growth for individuals is what we strive to do.

For our clients, creating opportunities is not just what we do but how we do it. It's challenging the norm to innovate and solve important and complex challenges our clients and communities face today and into the future.

Thanks to our team of knowledgeable, business savvy innovators and problem solvers, we were honoured to be recognised in the 2025 Beaton Client Choice Awards. Unlike many industry awards, the Client Choice Awards are judged solely on client feedback. That's what makes this recognition so meaningful:

* Best Built & Natural Environment Consulting Firm (>$30M revenue)
* Most Trusted Firm: Built & Natural Environment Consulting
* Best Provider of ESG Services: Built & Natural Environment Consulting
