About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a Portfolio Prioritisation Framework. You will work closely with senior leaders and planning teams to foster disciplined, evidence-based prioritisation across the capital portfolio.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Interpreting frameworks and methodologies to support the development and implementation of a Portfolio Prioritisation Framework.
* Providing expertise in infrastructure portfolio planning within a government context, including demand forecasting and transparent prioritisation of capital investments.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to assess current practices, define new criteria and processes, and develop tools to improve transparency and alignment in investment decisions.
* Advising and influencing senior executives and government stakeholders.
* Building organisational capability through the development of tools, templates, and training materials.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, from front-line staff to executives. You should have a proven ability to drive practical change and results.
Desired qualifications and experience include:
