IT Service Assurance Specialist
Location: THQ Blackburn, VIC / THQ Redfern, NSW | Full‐time | City of Whitehorse, Council of the City of Sydney, AU
Responsibilities
* Apply ITIL practices across Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
* Identify recurring issues and drive improvements to processes and escalation standards.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* ITIL Foundation certification (desirable).
* Proven experience in IT service delivery with strong knowledge of ITIL practices and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a large, complex organisation.
* Experience with ServiceNow highly regarded.
