- Roadmap Development and Implementation
**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop an understanding of the business, challenges and services being delivered and supported by the Procurement Function.
- Proactively work to develop solutions that allow the procurement function to address and meet those challenges with them to transform the customer experience.
- Collaborate and facilitate workshops to identify current state and capacity constraints to articulate target future state.
- Identify, prioritise and develop implementation roadmap for improvements in systems and processes, templates and self-help materials to support delivery of procurement services.
**Essential Requirements**
- Experience in establishing implementation roadmap to streamline systems and processes, templates and self-help materials for efficient delivery of procurement services.
- Ability to easily understand the business, challenges and services being delivered and supported by the Procurement Function.
- Ability to make solutions that allow the procurement function to address and meet those challenges to transform the customer experience.
