Senior Learning Design Specialist
The University is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Learning Design Specialist to lead the design of inclusive and authentic learning experiences in online, blended, and on-campus environments. The successful candidate will have expertise in universal learning design, active learning strategies, and assessment design in technology-enhanced learning environments within the higher education sector.

The Senior Learning Design Specialist will work collaboratively with individuals and course teams to develop learning materials and assessments that cater to diverse needs and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design of inclusive and authentic learning experiences in online, blended, and on-campus environments
* Develop learning materials and assessments that cater to diverse needs and abilities
* Collaborate with individuals and course teams to promote innovative teaching practices and improve student learning outcomes
* Provide expert advice on universal learning design, active learning strategies, and assessment design
* Work closely with stakeholders across the University to scope, plan, and evaluate strategies and resources that improve student learning experiences
Requirements:
* PhD in a relevant field
* Significant expertise in universal learning design, active learning strategies, and assessment design in technology-enhanced learning environments within the higher education sector
* Record of scholarly publication in learning and teaching, particularly in assessment and inclusive learning design
* Confident communicator able to build partnerships and engage others in educational innovation
