Administrative Role Overview
This is an administrative role based on-site in Lithgow NSW, supporting the coordination and delivery of School events, particularly in respect of back to base days, student placement and accommodation. The position works in collaboration with academic and professional colleagues to provide administrative support for the campus under the direction of the Head of the Lithgow Rural Clinical School.
The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training. They should have demonstrated experience in administration with advanced level of organisation skills. Strong organisational and time management skills and attention to detail are essential.
The successful applicant will have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to converse with staff members at all levels within the organisation. They will also have strong attention to detail with the proven ability to prepare timely and accurate meeting agendas and minutes, business memos and reports.
