We are currently looking fora Full-Time Store Managerto join our Rockingham store.
About the role:
Toolmart is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our Rockingham store.
This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
As Store Manager, you will be a key team member, contributing to the overall success of our business.
Rosters do include some Saturday shifts.
What you'll be doing
Manage all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, staff, and direct sales
Providing exceptional customer service to customers, and offering solutions as required
Lead and motivate your team, delivering sales targets and KPIs
A creative thinker with fresh ideas for displays, promotions, and local marketing

To be considered for this role, you will have;
A positive "can do" attitude and friendly manner
Strong problem-solving and decision-making
Experience in retail sales and leadership
A self-motivated, self-starter, with the ability to demonstrate initiative
Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
Trade experience on the tools is a bonus.
