Credit Collector | Macquarie Park/WFH | $73k Super Bonus An established and well-regarded business is seeking an experienced Credit Collector to join their Head Office. Reporting to the Credit Team Leader, this role plays a key part in managing a large ledger and driving strong collection outcomes while maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role Managing daily outbound collection activity via telephone and email Investigating and resolving customer disputes promptly Accurately updating account records and entering detailed system notes Implementing and managing effective collection strategies Identifying potential issues ahead of month-end and escalating where required Liaising with internal stakeholders Assisting with end-of-month processes, including additional hours where required. About you Proven experience in a high-volume credit/collections or accounts receivable role Strong reconciliation skills Experience working with ERP systems Intermediate Excel skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and strong organisational ability The ability to manage difficult conversations professionally and confidently Resilience and tenacity in achieving collection outcomes A proactive, solutions-focused mindset harry.fickling@charterhouse.com.au SCR-harry-fickling-1
