Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Admissions Officer to deliver efficient and effective administrative and clerical support within our facility. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth experience for patients, staff, and visitors—both over the phone and face to face.
Responsibilities
- Managing the admissions process, including checking in patients and verifying documentation
- Receiving, reviewing, and processing admission requests
- Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date patient information
- Assisting with waitlist management and supporting smooth patient flow within the unit
Note: This is a Monday to Friday role with times ranging between 6:30am to 4:30pm.
Qualifications & Skills
- Solid organisational and communication skills, keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry
- Confidence working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment; part of a friendly, professional, and supportive team
- Experience with admissions processes and waitlist management is highly desirable
