We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned open roles. As an expert in talent acquisition, you will work closely with hiring managers as an advisor, providing market insight and guidance on building job ads, executing talent sourcing and engagement to build pipelines, owning the candidate experience across the full process, setting up assessment frameworks, and preparing job offers.
* Deliver high-quality recruitment services for all assigned open roles, ensuring accurate systems administration and seamless candidate experience.
* Drive strategic partnership with hiring managers, aligning expectations and crafting compelling job ads that attract top talent.
* Source and engage relevant candidates, build talent pipelines, and promote open roles through various channels.
* Plan and execute comprehensive candidate reviews, shortlisting, and screening calls to ensure top-notch talent is selected.
* Design and implement competence assessment processes for candidates, ensuring fairness and equity.
* Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, providing coaching and support throughout the recruitment process.
* Communicate effectively with candidates, adhering to predefined policies and procedures.
* Efficiently handover hired candidates to the pre-boarding process, ensuring smooth onboarding.
* Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs and metrics, defining action plans to continuously improve our recruitment strategy.
