We are seeking someone with previous experience in a centre leadership position, who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care.
* Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
* Take charge of the centre's overall management in the Centre Director's absence.
