Here, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.Newsweek Recognizes Sedgwick as America’s Greatest Workplaces National Top CompaniesCertified as a Great Place to WorkFortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & InsuranceLoss Adjuster, LiabilityYou will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex liability claims and deliver a best in market claims experience to our customers, whilst achieving the most cost-effective and timely outcomes in accordance with policies and procedures.What are my accountabilities?Manage a portfolio of major and/or complex liability claims;Review for continuous improvement across claims and quality assurance;Provide technical support and feedback to the claims team;Assist with coaching and training of team members;Stay updated across regulatory changes and industry themes and insights;Build and develop strong working relationships with our Clients;Provide escalation point to team following complaints and/or technical queries;Attendance at stakeholder meetings/conferences/phone calls when required.About you :Previous liability claims or legal experience;Ability to manage complaints and disputed claims when required;Understanding of insurance principles, policies, and regulations;Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;The ability to analyse data, assess risks, and provide effective solutions;Experience in relationship building and stakeholder management.Caring CultureIt’s at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our core values: Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Growth.
