Part-Time Sales Assistant / Sales Administrator – Property Developer
A leading Wollongong-based property developer is seeking a capable and polished Part-Time Sales Assistant / Sales Administrator to support both the administrative and client-facing aspects of our residential projects.
This role suits someone with previous real estate or property experience who is confident, organised and looking for flexible part-time hours within a professional and supportive environment.
About the Opportunity:
In this varied position, you’ll assist with sales administration while also playing an active role in managing customer enquiry, supporting the display suite, and attending appointments when required.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and project team to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming enquiry via phone, email and online platforms
- Assisting with display suite operations, including preparing the space and welcoming visitors
- Supporting client appointments and providing basic project information
- Preparing sales documents, contracts, information packs and marketing material
- Managing CRM updates, spreadsheets and project documentation
- Coordinating project updates, signage and promotional materials
- Providing general administrative support to the sales and development teams
About You:
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience in real estate, property, sales or customer-focused administration
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence dealing with clients in person and over the phone
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Competence with CRM systems, email management and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, skilled and reliable work style
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
A Certificate of Registration is preferred but not essential.
