* Ensure the airworthiness and compliance of QantasLink fleet with CASA regulations and operator requirements
* Maintain and manage Aircraft Maintenance Programs and Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL)
* Permanent full-time role based at our Adelaide Head Office

As an Airworthiness Standards Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the ongoing airworthiness of our QantasLink fleet. Reporting to the Airworthiness Standards Manager, you'll monitor all maintenance-related activity, review technical documentation, and ensure compliance with CASA Part 42 and 145 regulations. You'll also contribute to reliability reviews, manage TRAX data integrity, and maintain the Aircraft Maintenance Program and MEL. Subject to authorisation, you may also issue Airworthiness Review Certificates and approve changes to maintenance programs.
You'll have:
* Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience in an engineering role
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary engineering qualification
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and develop strategies
* Working knowledge of CASA Part 42 & 145 regulations
* Project management and process improvement experience
* Ability to work independently and under pressure, with strong communication skills
* The ability and willingness to travel interstate and overseas as part of the role.
