As a Solution Consultant, you will support solution sales across our product portfolio, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and executives. This is a hands-on technical role involving solution delivery and positioning throughout the sales process.
Your responsibilities include:
* Supporting product sales as a technical expert within a client-facing team.
* Leading discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and delivering product demonstrations.
* Positioning ServiceNow solutions through presentations, demos, and discussions.
* Answering technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues.
* Providing feedback to product management based on customer interactions.
* Sharing best practices and reusable assets with colleagues.
* Staying informed on market and competitive landscape.
* Supporting marketing events and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications for success:
* Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
* 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
* Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions.
* Experience collaborating with product teams and partners.
* Territory management skills and ability to work independently.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
