Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remedial Project Manager to join our team. As a Remedial Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing remedial projects across structures, buildings, and bridges. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality results while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards.
You will work closely with the project team to plan, execute, and complete remedial projects. This includes interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and engineering designs, as well as coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and at least 3 years of experience in a Graduate, Junior, or Site Engineer role. Exposure to concrete remediation, waterproofing, structural strengthening, or coatings is highly regarded.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
* 3+ years of experience in a Graduate, Junior, or Site Engineer role, ideally within remedial, structural, or civil construction
* Exposure to concrete remediation, waterproofing, structural strengthening, or coatings is highly regarded
* Sound understanding of Australian engineering codes and site practices
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
