Key Responsibilit**

* iesProvide efficient office management and administrative support to the Business Hunter t
* eamProcess accounts payable/receivable, debtor management and financial transacti
* onsSupport member queries, account management follow-ups and stakeholder communicat
* ionCoordinate governance activities including Board and committee meetings, minutes and documentat
* ionMaintain accurate CRM and data systems, including membership and financial informat
* ionLiaise with regional stakeholders, local chambers, MPs, government departments and partn
* ersProvide executive support to the CEO (diary management, travel, meeting organisati
* on)Assist with event delivery: logistics, set-up, invoicing, judging liaison and corresponde
* nceSupport marketing and communication activities including website updates, EDMs, social media and media coordinat
