Due to a maternity leave, an 18-month fixed-term contract has become available to join the business. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role will partner with the Sales General Manager and their broader team. You will: Provide insightful analysis and business intelligence to drive business performance. Assist with the strategic planning and budgeting process Support the leadership team by providing ongoing performance analytics to drive sales and margin improvement Develop "go to market" sales strategies, as well as presenting to clients The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified and have a proven track record in financial analysis and business partnering. Industry is not essential, but a background working in a high-performance culture in a large, complex organisation is. The candidate will be a strategic thinker, a people person and an influencer with strong modelling and analysis skills.
