We want a _'can-do'_ **Digital** **Marketing Specialist **who has initiative to execute our Marketing Strategy. We are open to full time, or part time options for this role.
Create, develop and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy for Top Shelf Concepts.
The _successful applicant_ will be someone that can deliver a clear and engaging message across all channels for the hospitality sector including hotels, facilities management, B2B and grow distributorships, generating new leads and sales through strong branding and loyalty.
Key tasks include:
**Marketing Automation **utilising HubSpot marketing software to generate new leads and improving sales process.
- Monitor Google Ads, ReMarketing, SEO
**Wordpress Website and ecommerce shop management**
- Updating banners, look and feel, Keeping online shop up to date
- Monthly blog development and distribution to drive website traffic. (Specific topics will vary based on SEO strategy, seasonality, hot products, website analytics, special events, etc)
- Website forms on website to collect prospect contact details. newsletter subscription
**Analytics reporting**
Website traffic
**Printed Literature** as needed. to be sent out with each order dispatch to generate new product's interest.
**Online and/or in-person events**: Planning, advertising and event's execution, one event every three months.

- Development and execution of paid campaigns (Varying on each campaign's objectives - Awareness, engagement, conversion, retargeting)

The role is full time requiring 38 hours of work per week
Salary range between $60k p.a plus superannuation depending on the individual experience and quality of the applicant.
