The opportunity
This is a core delivery role — not a support function. You'll work across our full program portfolio: ERP post-implementation stabilisation, data warehouse establishment, and marketing technology implementation. You'll lead requirements definition, process analysis, solution design, and test management across multiple concurrent workstreams.
One of the most distinctive parts of this role is retrospective documentation — capturing what was built during ERP implementation, how it works, and the decisions that shaped it. That baseline becomes the foundation for everything that comes next.
What we are looking for
* 5–7 years' BA experience across complex, multi-workstream programs
* Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills
* Experience with retrospective documentation — capturing decisions and designs for systems already in production
* Able to translate fluently between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
* Self-directed and delivery-focused — you identify gaps and act without waiting to be asked
* Bonus: ERP post-implementation experience, martech or data warehouse exposure
