Overview
We are looking for a motivated Casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at Steeples in Mornington. You will be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring an enjoyable experience and supporting compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Customer service skills.
Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
