Key Responsibilities
* Engage directly with clients to define project requirements and develop clear scopes of work.
* Lead the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of advanced control system solutions.
* Ensure all project deliverables meet high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.
* Provide expert‑level technical support and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
* Promote and contribute to a culture focused on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ).
What You Bring
* Minimum of five years' experience in control systems engineering within water/wastewater, mining or heavy industrial environments.
* Strong client engagement skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
* Proven experience with control systems, automation platforms, and industrial communication networks.
* A current Australian driver's licence (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in programming and commissioning control systems.
* Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
