Your Role & Key Responsibilities
- ANZ Trade media assets artwork briefing
- ANZ Regs & Legal sign off - artworks, claims etc (via EB Global)
- Local NPD code input collection and implementation
- Perfect Store Online (PSO) management of all 5 brands via 3rd party agency SKU Library
- BMI Forecast, Accruals, PO raising, vendor set up and invoicing
- Distributor trade requests and event management
- General Admin requests via Head of Marketing & Head of Sales & Botany (our distributor)
- Manage NPD launch in market:
- Builds strong consumer lead insights into new project / core development plans
- Build the 6Ps marketing and execution plan for your brands and categories OTIF; including
- launch plans by customer OTIF
- Work in collaboration with media, PR and creative agency to create and execute the
- marketing communication campaigns in market
- Work in collaboration with Unilever customer teams to land the NPD and marketing
- communications in customers in stores OTIF
Builds strong customer trade stories working alongside CD to present and land with the
customer
Ensure samples are available OTIF
All marketing documents to be submitted OTIF as per gatekeeping
Work closely with global / regional brand teams on aligning and managing the brand plan for growth
Market share tracking across the team OTIF
The ANZ Assistant Activation Brand Manager Co-leads new brand or project execution plans across Australia and New Zealand across core and NPD projects, working closely with key agencies, customer development teams and global teams.
They are responsible for extensive data analysis, preparation of reports and presentations and driving business strategy through understanding and data insights. Making challenging decisions and identifying solutions and innovation opportunities and with the ability to communicate these to the business, distributors and stakeholders.
Builds productive working relationships with customer development and Distributors,
CMI, UKI category team, finance, R&D and supply chain to manage the brand's day-to-day
operations.
Co-leads NPD projects with the Brand Manager to land instore execution and support with
the customers
Provides the required administrative and marketing support to the lead Brand Manager and
works closely with the customer development manager locally to ensure that there is an
excellent cross-functional team.
Passionate about the opportunities presented by social media for our brands - engaging with the main platforms, influencers, events and channel management both directly and via
a marketing agency. This is where the ABM will have the autonomy and creative control to
drive the business forward.
Ensure delivery of all allocated projects (NPD, Promotional, VIP & other cross functional initiatives) OTIF.
Work collaboratively with cross function teams to ensure OTIF launch - packaging, artwork
design, formulation, network timelines, supply chain, finance and customer development
Attending local Taskforce (cross functional team) meetings to ensure the NPD launches

Key representative of Elida Beauty Limited within organization as well as externally across
various key stakeholders and organizational bodies.

Elida Beauty (and transition Unilever) agencies on campaign launch planning

Local Category Business Teams on project updates, specifically issues & risks.
Global Elida Beauty Team and specifically Commercial global leaders
Local Unilever Australia Leadership Team gate keeping specifically around timelines and
risks.
Marketing and PR agency and social media influencers across the geography
