Your Role and Impact:
* Lead and coordinate cadastral surveying projects, including boundary surveys, titling, easements and subdivisions.
* Support, mentor and guide survey staff to ensure accurate and consistent project delivery.
* Provide advice on cadastral calculations, survey methodologies, legislation and compliance requirements.
* Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and authorities, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
* Assist with planning, resourcing, workflow and day-to-day team operations.
What You Bring:
* Associate degree or higher in Surveying; registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (or another state) highly regarded.
* 5+ years solid cadastral surveying experience, including boundary identification, titling and subdivision work.
* Skilled in surveying methodologies, software, and equipment; familiarity with project management principles.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* A solution-focused approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
