About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity as a key member of our hospitality team. You will be responsible for maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards within the home.
* Maintain legislated workplace health and safety, quality and hygiene standards.
* Complete required documentation and reporting.
* Respond to residents' queries and requests.
* Laundry duties include loading washers & dryers, sort linen, hang, fold, wrap or iron linen.
* Catering / food services duties include assisting with basic food prep, providing meals and snacks, clearing dining areas and dishwashing.
* Cleaning duties include general cleaning; mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in the residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in catering, food service, or cleaning is preferred but not essential.
