Job Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in leading the Sales Operations and Customer Service activities across a diverse customer base.

You'll contribute to the wider operations strategy, champion transformation to reduce cost to serve, and ensure excellence in service delivery, compliance, and data accuracy.
* Experience of managing complex products from concept through to delivery;
* Exceptional understanding of the supplier's market position and trading sector;
* Demonstrate knowledge around customer renewals, pricing activities, reporting, credit expiry, deemed rates, contract set up;
* Proven experience in implementing change and embedding it within the organization;
* Experience of delivering against short, medium, and long-term plans through people.
