On&On; is building an AI-powered platform that transforms onboarding from checklists into role-specific, intelligent pathways that build clarity, trust, and belonging. The product is in place, early advisors are on board, and we are seeking an experienced commercial driver to take us from 0 → traction by directly doing the work of winning our first customers.

What you’ll do
- Personally drive early customer acquisition : outreach, pitching, relationship building, and closing.
- Test creative approaches: partnerships, founder networks, HR communities, B-Corp ecosystem.
- Help refine positioning, messaging, and pricing based on customer feedback.
- Build the repeatable GTM playbook once we’ve proven traction.
- Partner with the founding team on product evolution and scaling.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience commercialising early-stage SaaS (you’ve taken a product from 0 → first customers).
- Hands-on and execution-focused : you design the plan and run it yourself.
- Network and understanding of HR / People & Culture buyers a big plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, creates opportunities.
- Belief in people-first business and long-term category creation.

Compensation : This is an early-stage role. There is no base salary initially — instead, we offer commission on sales + equity upside. For the right person, this can evolve into a full co-founder role with significant equity as we grow.
