Your responsibilities will include: Your dynamic confident personality will provide the highest level of guest service throughout every interaction with our guests, (i.e. check in/out, enquiries, foreign currency exchange, night audit functions and telephone switchboard operation). To have complete knowledge of all room categories and rates. Experience working with a' PMS system with a minimum of 2 years is highly regarded. To provide information on all facilities provided within the hotel complex; operating hours, costs etc. To anticipate guest needs and handle guest enquiries in a helpful, attentive & friendly manner. Take hotel reservations as required outside the Reservations department operating hours. For this role, your attributes will be inclusive of the following: Being able to engage and build rapport with our guests to deliver positive personalised service and identify individual guest preferences Excellent presentation, communication and people skills combined with a confident, efficient and friendly disposition. Hotel experience is not mandatory but proven experience delighting your customer is! A high level of numeracy, literacy and problem solving skills will be highly regarded Excellent telephone skills.
