Overview
Property Management – Business Development Manager at Harcourts Solutions Group. This is a salary-based opportunity with a generous bonus structure for an experienced Business Development Manager or someone with experience in the Real Estate Industry in sales or property management.
The role supports the growth of the property management business by fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to onboard new landlords. You will join our state-of-the-art Windsor Office on Brisbane's inner-north side.
Responsibilities
* Drive organic rent roll growth by fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders to onboard new landlords.
* Work with a dedicated new business Leasing Agent and Executive Assistant to focus on development activities.
* Contribute to a fast-paced, professional property management team focused on delivering best-in-class customer experience for landlords and tenants.
* Support and collaborate with the Property Management Director and broader team to achieve growth targets.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of the Residential Real Estate Industry and Property Management
* Current Queensland Real Estate Registration or License with the OFT
* A super star driven by the desire to grow and improve
* A team player who is results driven and a self-starter
* Ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Remuneration
Base salary + bonus structure
