The Role
We are looking for an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Plant Mechanic for a Field Service Mechanic role. Position based in Stapylton QLD.
Key Duties
* Servicing and repair of plant equipment.
* Diagnose machine issues and assist in finding solutions.
* Provide professional customer service.
* Maintain a safe working environment.
* Ensure correct use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Ensure all quality assurance requirements and expectations are met.
* Assist in the training of staff as required.
What You Will Need
* Australian recognised trade qualification (Plant or Diesel Mechanic).
* 3 years + experience working with heavy earth moving equipment.
* Exposure working with hydraulics and electrics.
* Basic computer skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent problem solver.
* High attention to detail.
