Permanent, full-time
Salary: $75,309 - $90,754 per annum + 12% super

The City is embarking on a journey to improve the customer experience to help achieve our vision of strong reputation, stronger future. To support this transformation, this pivotal role will be a conduit between business units and customer services to ensure accurate and timely information is available for our customers to enable an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, this role will support the Customer Experience Transformation through development of communications that support improved ways of working across the organisation resulting in an improved experience for all customers.

This role will suit a reliable individual who is curious and passionate about clear communication that enables the delivery of exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated individual who can work autonomously with key stakeholders across business units, to clearly articulate services and what this means for our customers. This role has time sensitivity therefore the ability to manage priorities is essential. If you are a little tech savvy and not afraid to learn and work with enterprise technologies in support of effective communication and exceptional customer experience, then this may be the opportunity for you to expand your skills and experience.

Key responsibilities include
* Create highly literate information across multiple digital channels that is engaging and understood by internal and external audiences.

* Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop content that affects the community in a time sensitive manner.

* Identify opportunities and find solutions to improve customer access to relevant information and communication about the City's services.

* Coordinate and structure information from across the organisation for logic and literacy, ensuring accessibility for internal and external customers.

* Publish timely service information across digital channels to the community, ensuring clear integration between customer service channels in the City.
